Need to return item?
We have 30 days return policy from the date the item is delivered with following term and conditions.
Please note that you need to return the item(s) to us within 30 days from the date you received the item, including any free gifts or promotions received with the goods you are returning. You are purchasing the Goods as a consumer. We have selected our products on the basis that they will be used for leisure use only. If you are planning to use them for business purposes please make sure that you are covered by the appropriate insurance. Where you decide to use the products in the course of a business, we exclude (to the fullest extent permitted by law) those warranties and conditions relating to fitness for a particular purpose. Our maximum liability to business users arising out of or in connection with the products shall be limited to the replacement value of the product in question (except in the case of death or personal injury caused by our negligence or in respect of fraud). In relation to business users, we do not accept liability for the fitness of goods for business purposes, nor do we accept liability for loss of use of the item nor any loss over and above the cost of the item in the event of a claim for breach of warranty or condition.
If you purchase the Goods for any business purpose including for re-sale, we will not be liable for any business losses, loss of profits, loss of contracts, loss of business opportunities, loss of management time, loss of business data or losses due to interruption of your business.You are responsible for the goods until they are restored to us, and must ensure you take reasonable care of them, returning them to us at your expense unsoiled, unused and in their original packaging (including any sealed packaging if applicable). Once the order has been safely returned to us, we will refund your original payment method as soon as possible for the cost of the goods.
Returning an item for refund:
please send the item back with you order number and reason for returning the item, once we receive the item back, we will check and process refund within 1-2 working days.
Returning the item for exchange:
Please send the item back to our return address with your name, order number and reason for returning the item we will exchange it accordingly. If the item is not available in the same color then available colors will be offer, upon confirmation that will be sent instead
If you feel that a product is faulty, please stop using it immediately and contact us with your concern. If you continue to use the product after discovering a fault, it will be deemed that you have accepted the goods in their damaged condition. Please follow the same returns procedure as above, but do not return the item to us until we have contacted you about it. We will either ask you to send the item back to us or arrange for the item to be collected .If sending the goods back yourself please ensure that the item is adequately insured as we are unable to compensate for lost or damaged parcels. Once we receive the item back on inspection we find the goods to be defective, we will refund the purchase cost of the goods and postage to you. We reserve the right to seek the opinion of the manufacturer of the goods or another knowledgeable party, prior to a decision being met if it is not clear that the goods are faulty or have been damaged due to misuse or neglect. It may take up to 28 days to process your return, but we will do our best to rectify the matter as quickly as possible. If the goods are found to be perfect and in full working order, or have been damaged as a result of misuse or neglect, then you would be liable for any costs we have incurred and the cost of returning the item to you.
PLEASE NOTE: Goods returned under complaint will not be processed unless they are clean and dry due to the health and safety at work act 1972. If goods arrive in this state, then you will be liable for the costs to return the item to you for cleaning before any further action can be taken.
